BEING PRESENT IS AN ACTION NOT A THOUGHT

Hi All,

Being Present Is an Action Not a Thought is a reminder that presence is something we practice, not something we simply think about. In a world full of noise, being present requires intention — the choice to slow down, breathe, and actually participate in your own life. When we begin to understand that Being Present Is an Action Not a Thought, we realize that clarity comes from doing, not overthinking.

My most recent trip to Chicago this last week was a wonderful acknowledgement of
the work I am constantly doing on myself. The truth is, it is our journey as individuals
to work on ourselves. We only accept what we accept. Old patterns, reactions, and
our way of being are directly tied to our ancestors, everything that was happening
with our parents right before our birth, and the year we were born. Past this, it is us
who get to determine our path.

Many people think that change in our lives is some drastic thing that has to happen
over a made up period of time. The truth and reality is that:

BEING PRESENT IS AN ACTION NOT A THOUGHT

To shift your life, your love for self, you must choose to be present in your world. This
is the first step to regain faith in your path. The thinking mind wants to create
opinions, judgements, and conflict to parse out the life it is living. Though, in reality
the gratitude and presence you can bring to your moment to moment world is the
ACTION needed to regain the souls need to be in the drivers seat.

Take the rest of this month to take moment by moment and be considerate to SELF.
Check in with the deeper you and ask SELF: Does this feel like my highest self? Is this
how I want to be? Do yourself a favor and learn to not past judgement on yourself.
Inner kindness is practice and best practiced moment to moment. I created Late
Sunday Afternoon products to be used as a tool to help you practice!

With Love,

Matthew
