Late Sunday Afternoon

Happy,

The present moment. What a delight you are. When I am with you, I feel so
connected to who I really am. You give me so many gifts. I call those gifts my
moments; they are sometimes shared with other people. When I am in my 'head', I

am away from you in such a way that my surroundings feel alien. The thoughts make
me anxious and when that happens I remember you. It is that light you extend me

with total unconditional love that I come back to you.

I remember you are free to me!

As we set off on yet another season with our friends, families, and selves, let us
practice the art of self-awareness. This also means self love and kindness. Not judging
ourselves for all the things our minds create over the next month or so. We are not
glued to those thoughts and judgments. They are not us. We are us! We get to
practice positive self love. We get to be the observer deep within. Who we are who
we choose to be and continue to grow through each present moment.

A collective of moments for us all is a life time.

How many moments can you
create within a moment?

Matthew
