In My Dreams

A few weeks ago we sat down with our friends, Joelle and Anna of Joyeur, to collaborate on something. We didn't know quite what it would be, but it would involve photos and video and them creating music.

We shared with them a fairytale we've been working on about the origin of Late Sunday Afternoon. It's the story of Harvey, our bear-dog spirit-animal, who goes on an adventure and ends up in the Forest of Forgotten fabrics. The ladies loved the challenge and set about creating a song. As we were recording it on Sunday Afternoon at the shop the energy was amazing and we decided this would have to become a regular occurrence — we promptly named it Sunday Sessions.

The concept is to invite our LSA Musicians to come to the shop and create a song based on their favorite Late Sunday Afternoon, and record a video to go along with it.

We're excited with how magical the first episode turned out, and can't wait to hear what more will come of this experiment. Enjoy!
