Late Sunday Afternoon

Another Week

So much can happen in a moment.
I often find myself condensed within several moments.
More often than not, I am connected to my soul, not my ego.
However, when it is my ego, I feel how disturbed my whole self becomes when it creates a commotion.

At 42, I have worked and continue to work on myself to adapt to the body, mind, and soul throuple I inhabit.

This experience we all have is so similar, yet so different.
Many of us spend time constantly thinking about the past — our parents, relationships we’ve had, money we've lost, and so on.
This obsession with the past seems contradictory, as we are here now.

Surrounded by uncertainty, many of us strive for comfort and predictability, creating belief systems around who we think we are.

In reality, all we are is constantly changing.
Our bodies change, our emotions change, and our souls change.
When we give credence to the power of our soulful experience, we stop denying ourselves the risk of truly living.
We dive into the unknown and realize that the more we fail and try new things, the more we learn about our own soul.

If you find yourself not looking deeper into your own soul, ask yourself why.
Dig into yourself.
Dig into the experiences you've had, and ask questions.
Do the more inner work.
You will be honoring your ancestors.

You will discover that the more time you give yourself for discovery, the more your life will come alive in whimsical new ways!

Let those around you witness your continual metamorphosis. 🦋
